Im lucky to have had the chance to travel around the word for youth events, pleasure and work. What mostly intrigues me is culture, and how different we all are. As an extrovert i love directly communicating with people even if that means using only body language. It all kept me asking myself; how would it feel to be on the other side of that conversation? I was lucky again to host guests, sharing food made at home and warm conversations about our cultures.
Very enjoyable and useful experience. It gives you the opportunity to meet new people and interact with different nationalities, and I consider it a refinement and development of my personality, where I manage the dialogue and put the topics. That builds strength in dialogue and initiative. Who will try to host will know many benefits once they try.
Ilove to live the experience and change the routine. I saw Zayr's host ad, and loved to join. I expected it to be an enjoyable, different experience, and it was. My mother and I love to be open to the world, and we live to reflect out Omani culture and Islamic character for other people, specially non-Omanis. We try to represent a good example of the Omani Society and personality. What's so special about the experience? the FOOD, why? because it's part of our culture, and ofcourse, my mom is a pasionat fantastic chef, who delivered the Omani food culture to others. Everyone we already hosted interacted with us, and we loved the time we spent with them. We felt like we traveled the world just by having people in our own dining table. We thought the communication will be a challenge, but it went very smooth and fun!!
